President Vicente Fox of Mexico arrives for
a speech
at the Bolivian Congress
Everywhere I went in La Paz I seemed to bump into Fox,
who was on the first state visit to Bolivia by a Mexican president
in fifteen years. He was accompanied by his wife, Marta Sagún.
