Photo Gallery 15: Cambodia - Siem Reap and Roluos
Siem Reap is the gateway to the ruins of the great civilization of Angkor. We began
our explorations in the town and with a sidetrip to the Roluos region 15km or so from Siem Reap, home to some minor
ruins (which we didn't bother to enter), and some quiet and attractive countryside (which we appreciated).
Along the Siem Reap river on the edge of town.
How about a heaping plate of fried grasshoppers as a hors d'oeuvre?
A pensive server waits for customers in one of Siem Reap's restaurants.
A Roluos country road.
A local gal who, like us, was peeking at the ruins from outside.
