These photos were taken on a day-tour to the north of Salta,
towards the Bolivian border.

La Quebrada de Humahuaca
This ravishing stretch of The Canyon of Humahuaca is known as "La Paleta del Pintor"
(the Painter's Palette) for the multicoloured hues that grace the mountainsides.
And the God that drew those clouds deserves all praise.
